Buying, selling or renting a property is not the main reason why my clients are satisfied with my service and referring more potential clients to me. It is how I am able to spot the right properties and turn them into an investment or a retirement plan.

While many still believe that investing means the stock market or even cryptocurrency in recent years, real estate in Singapore could prove to be the safest investment yet. It is also through these low-risk real estate investments that allowed me to plan for my client's retirement, even legacy planning for some. Many of my clients own multiple properties under their name and did not have to pay Additional Buyer Stamp Duty. Of course all these are done legally together with my team of bankers and lawyers.

Being a numbers person, I believe only the right entry price which can give me an exit strategy. Of course before any of that, a proper financial analysis will be done to determine a comfortable budget to work on and how to make the most out of it. There is always a suitable property irregardless of the budget, all you have to do is to take a leap of faith.
